Compensation: $17-$22/hour

About The Pantheon

The Pantheon is a regional hub for entrepreneurship and innovation, housed in a restored 1920s theatre in downtown Vincennes. Our mission is to spark innovation and fuel entrepreneurship by inspiring, growing, and supporting new and existing businesses in Knox County. The Pantheon provides coworking, private offices, event space, and programming that helps entrepreneurs turn ideas into real companies and jobs.

Position Summary

The Pantheon Operations Specialist plays a critical, hands-on role in keeping The Pantheon running smoothly day-to-day. This position sits at the center of our coworking and community environment—ensuring the building is welcoming, functional, and well-organized while supporting members, events, rentals, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Daily Operations:
- Ensure the Pantheon is clean, welcoming, safe, and fully operational each day
- Coordinate building maintenance, supplies, and vendor needs
- Manage office logistics, inventory, and space readiness

Membership Services & Customer Experience:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for coworking members and visitors
- Assist with membership onboarding, renewals, and database maintenance

Meeting Room & Event Coordination:
- Manage meeting room and event rentals from inquiry through invoicing
- Coordinate room setups, basic A/V readiness, and post-event resets

Administrative & Financial Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Committee
- Support basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and reporting

Intern & Volunteer Support:
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of interns or volunteers

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment

Work Environment

This is an on-site position in a dynamic coworking and event space. Occasional light lifting and room setup may be required. This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
