Donating blood is as easy as these four steps:
1. Sign in
2. Receive a mini physical and answer a couple questions
3. Sit for your donation (8-10 minutes)
4. Eat snacks to recover
The American Red Cross is working with hospitals around the clock to meet the blood needs of patients during a national blood shortage, but they can’t do it alone. Help us make sure there’s a sufficient blood supply — visit the link below to make an appointment to give.
